• Sr. Resource Executive:
  Experience: 2 to 4 Yrs in IT search
  
  
• Team Lead:
  Experience: 1+ Yr as a team lead in IT search
  
  
• Manager / Practice Head:
  Experience: 1+ Yr as a manager or practice head in IT search
